How it works

We make it simple to open a small business in Enid. We offer a private office space for as low as $250 a month that includes free conference rooms, free printing, free kitchen access, free Wi-Fi, and a waiting area for your clients. Our cost is all inclusive so you do not need to pay utilities or taxes. We charge a one time start up fee of $100 that includes us moving your choice of furniture from our furniture storage area into your office for you to use free of charge. If you bring your own furniture we waive the start up fee! The only other thing you pay for is renters insurance for your office and that's usually under $15 a month and we help you get it setup with our insurance broker. You have 24 hour access to your office with keys to the main entrance and a lock to your private office. We also offer all of our Co-Working tenants 50% off any of our daily rental spaces if you want to throw a party or have a large event. Our receptionist is available free to our tenants when all offices are rented.
